Legal
Acceptable Use Policy
Clear boundaries for lawful, secure and responsible use of Matar Systems products and services.
Change summary: Expanded abuse, security, privacy, spam, credential, regulated-use, model-use, and enforcement controls.
Permitted use
Use the service only for lawful internal, subscriber, or customer purposes within your plan, role, documented authorization, and applicable agreement. You are responsible for your users, submitted data, integrations, and instructions.
Illegal, harmful, or abusive use
Do not use the service to facilitate fraud, deception, harassment, exploitation, discrimination, unlawful surveillance, sanctions evasion, illegal goods or services, malware, destructive code, denial of service, or infringement of another person’s rights.
Privacy and data
Do not collect, enrich, identify, disclose, sell, or process personal information without authority and a lawful purpose. Do not attempt to discover the private identity of an anonymous visitor. Do not submit credentials, highly sensitive data, or regulated data to a workflow that is not approved for it.
Spam and outreach
Do not send deceptive, unsolicited, or unlawful communications; use misleading subject lines or sender identities; ignore suppression, opt-out, bounce, or complaint states; invent personalization; impersonate another person; or claim a local presence, customer, case study, result, or permission that does not exist.
Credentials and access
Do not share credentials, harvest passwords or tokens, bypass authentication, exceed assigned permissions, reuse another tenant’s data, expose secret links, or attempt to obtain repository, database, broker, client, or provider access that was not explicitly granted.
Security testing and platform integrity
Do not probe, scan, exploit, disrupt, reverse engineer protected components, bypass rate limits, evade logging, scrape restricted content, or test security without prior written authorization defining the exact scope. Report suspected vulnerabilities through the Trust and Security page.
Models and automation
Do not use model or automation output to make prohibited automated decisions, evade human approval, create unlawful content, fabricate facts or evidence, misrepresent generated material as verified, or bypass a financial, legal, privacy, security, deployment, communication, or trading control.
Regulated and high-risk activity
Do not use the service for regulated advice, custody, brokerage, discretionary trading, medical or legal decisions, employment or credit determinations, critical infrastructure, biometric surveillance, or another high-consequence activity unless the specific use is approved, lawful, appropriately supervised, and covered by a signed agreement.
trAide and output integrity
Presentation settings may control visibility, channels, approval, and branding. They may not silently alter canonical trAide output while representing it as unchanged, present research as live execution, guarantee performance, or represent an unexecuted signal as an actual holding.
Enforcement and appeal
We may investigate, preserve evidence, limit a feature, pause a campaign or integration, suspend access, or terminate service when reasonably needed to protect users, systems, rights, or legal compliance. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and a route to explain or appeal the decision. Urgent security, fraud, legal, or safety risk may require immediate action.
